Hi, my name is Tim Smale
I learnt about hypnosis and the amazing powers of the subconscious mind when my son was diagnosed with cancer in 2000. Quite simply, hypnosis helped me cope.
And so much more.
I was so amazed that I decided to learn more about this most fantastic process and left behind a corporate career of 20 years to establish apractice in the heart of London's west end to help people like me,deal with issues formed in the subconscious mind that can easily be shifted through hypnosis.
I am aqualified mind coach and hypnotherapist and am a member of the Hypnotherapy Association, the Hypnotherapy Society and the Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am on the General Hypnotherapy Register and am a BUPA approved therapist.
My clients include sportsmen and women, tv personalities and a widerange of bankers, lawyers and members of the public wanting to shift unwanted behaviours of all kinds.
Now you can find out for yourself how hypnosis can change your life- fromthe comfort of your own home.

I have felt great since I listened to the CD on Sunday evening. I didn't expect to feel hypnotised but it worked beautifully. I have been much more active after work and on Sunday I played squashand felt very confident and had the winning attitude! Even myflatmate who previously stated I lost a game due to "loser talk"commented on how much more upbeat I have been. Those times where I would sit at work and get angry inside, at the moment, seem to have passed. I will continue to listen to the CD, which I think is amazingI am very glad I discovered you Tim - this is the beginning of a new me
Tim, you're a star. Pitch went really well today, felt great and really relaxed. And guess what? - We won the Virgin pitch! I just heard back! Fantastic news, thank you for all your help!
So good to have met you, I feel like a new woman, will definitely keep up the good work and have already started spreading the word. You're a very gifted man, which I'm sure you've been told before, huge thanks for all your help..
It's been about a month now since our last session for my troubles with sleeping (notice I didn't use the 'Insomnia' word!) and thought I'd email you with a quick update to let you know how things are going...Well, the good news is that my sleeping has improved a good deal! I still have had a few nights were I have had trouble dropping off or staying asleep, and so only managed about 2/3 hours, but that's normally been just before an important teaching observation, and thankfully those sleepless nights are not every night now. But that aside, my sleep is generally a lot better now (averaging about 5 hours per night - I've even had a few nights ofthe magic SEVEN hours of sleep!!!!) and I can only see it improvingas now my teaching placement has finished, the stress levels are alot less. That said, I didn't have to take one day off school this time due to not sleeping at all!!! Result! With regards to my teaching - I got top marks across the board! And my uni tutor and class teacher mentor (who I got on fine with this term and had no problems with) both commented how much more confident I was in my teaching style and behaviour management! I also felt much more relaxed the day my uni tutor came to observe me (a significant improvement on me running around like a headless chicken last timeshe came to observe!!!!) and didn't beat myself up at all when Ihad a good few 'disastrous' lessons (last time thathappened I cried in the loo and was going to quit my PGCE!). So all in all, the perfectionist-reducing/relaxation/anxiety/calmness factors are all going great guns, and it looks like it's impacting onmy sleeping gradually... I know you said it would take a while, and in a couple of months (and by continuing to listen to your CDs) I'll be sleeping like a baby again. Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank youfo all your help, life is GOOD now!
I wanted to let you know that I decided to have a drive on Saturday when we took our son to the beach for the day......... You will be pleased to hear that I drove all the way down the A3 from London (which incidentally was where I first had the panic attack all those yearsago) to Guildford and then on to the south coast. It was all fine and I still wobble slightly at over 70mph but actually I felt pretty calm and happy about the whole thing - amazing!! I then drove from the beach on the M27 to my parents in Wiltshire which involved driving around Portsmouth and Southampton on the motorway-which is quite a busy stretch! My husband was just amazed andI was too to be honest, such an amazing thing when actually there was no way that I would have even considered it before!!! I think its still practice makes perfect and the longer I spent on the motorway the calmer I felt and weirdly the slower the speed felt. Thanks so much Tim for all your help as there was no way I could have even thought about that before I met you and you were really calm and patient, thank you, I'm so glad I came to see you!!!!!!!
Hi Tim, Ih ope this email finds you well. I wanted to let you know how I got on with my presentation recently. I was a bit nervous to start with but after the first few minutes I was fine. I was much better than before and much less nervous in terms of my physical reactions. A couple of my colleagues commented that I was much improved. So I think we can safely say that it really worked and worked well. I maybe in touch to work on other things in the future. Thanks again. You really helped and made a difference and I'm already recommending you to people.
Just thought I would let you know that I was a calm confident and relaxed flyer! You were with me the vast majority of the journey but it worked!!! Will be in touch after the return flight. Currently sitting on the veranda of our villa watching the waves break and doing absolutely nothing else!! Thank you!!!!!!
Just thought I would email you to let you know that I am doing really well!! The therapy has really done something quite amazing! Had a few presentations this term and yes I was a bit nervous but I had the control you spoke about, and I could easily calm myself down! And there was no shaky voice and no muddled head! So that obviously made me all the more confident and now I feel I can tackle them with no worries at all!! So I am so so thankful for your work. Istill listen to the CD recording, and I find it reallyhelpful.
Thank you so much for everything on the presentation front. It really has helped!!! Im rather amazed!!
Just wanted to let you know I couldn't have been further from crying!! I smiled all day - people said I was the happiest bride they had ever seen!!
