Tim studied languages (German, Swedish and Dutch) at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne before spending 20 years in the media and communications industry holding a number of senior management positions within high profile media companies. His first interest in health issues was in 1992 when he was launch publisher of BBC Good Health magazine! As a result of his 20 year corporate experience he has been exposed to a wide variety of individuals, organisations and businesses. During this time Tim also developed a keen interest in people motivation, leadership and training and was selected as a tutor at the Leadership Trust in 1998.
He is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist having graduated from the Lifeforce School for Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in London and is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association, the Hypotherapy Society, the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Society.

Tim lives in Chiswick, West London with his wife, two children and dog. In addition to his mind coaching work, Tim works in the corporate sector training groups and individuals to perform to their true potential with confidence and success, and runs workshops to beat stress and enhance performance. He was mind coach to Alastair Campbell’s London Triathlon Team 2004 in aid of the Leukaemia Research Fund, download a pdf of the article here.
